Senior Quantity Surveyor – Housing New Build & Refurbishment
My Client are a diverse housing developer focused on the Midlands and North West. They have a varied portfolio including new builds and social housing refurbishment.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor your duties will include
Daily Duties:
Commercial management of projects and ensuring they are completed within budget
Provide accurate, real time, monthly reports (CVRs) and final outcome forecasts
Carry out tender analysis, sub-contractor procurement including management and payment of sub-contractor accountsThe ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will be competent and have experience in
Experience Required:
Successful track record within the house building industry
Proven experience and understanding of financial reporting, contractual terms and conditions and statutory requirements
Proficient with MS Office programsIf successful, Senior Quantity Surveyor will receive

£50-60,000 basic salary per annum
